"If you're an athlete, if you're anybody, anyone with a brain know thats two of the most important things for happiness and performance in your life whether you're a cameraman, or a teacher, or an athlete, is rest and food. If you don't have those two things dialled in pretty well you're not going to be near to your 100% capability of performance. - Bode Miller (American Skier / Olympian)"

    Another island lap

I woke up at 630 this morning to do another lap of O'ahu over the same 87-miles route as my Friday ride. I bumped into Ariel Oasay just after the Stadium and rode together til the top of Pali.

View or the Pali from Nimiz Hwy... Not look so awesome.

    Descending Pali into the clouds.

Ariel was doing a Pali loop, so I I took left and headed up around the North Shore solo. I made a short stop at Kahuku for fluids, then a longer pit stop at Haleiwa for more fluids, although I also ended up fixing a slow rear flat.
