    Fast Pali / Hygenic Loop

I spent most of today working outdoors in the sun getting somewhat fried, so by the time I got home I was more than ready to throw down on the bike for a few hours. Tonight's route was riding to downtown, then over the Pali (which is damn nice now that they have repaved the right lane!), to meet up with David Lelong at Auloa. We rode through Kaneohe, Kahekili Hwy, Hygenic Store, He'eiau, back through Kaneohe, down Auloa, Olomana, Waimanalo back roads, then out to Makapu'u. David turned around there and I continued home via Hawaii Kai and Kahala. The ride turned out to be really good... Average power was only 250w for 2.5hrs, but normalized was 285w thanks to going super hard on climbs.
