    More climbing...

After Wednesday's easy spin to let my legs recovery from Tuesday's 4 x 7min climbs, I did a few more climbs today - Once up Tantalus on the TT course, then up Tantalus from Papakolea, then a shorter climb up Round Top Drive. Not mega watts, just comfortable power at 80rpm.

I had some issues with my new wireless SRM in that it was having a hard time "pairing" up the power sensor. I finally maanged to get the correct wireless ID numbers which can be plugged into the PCVI via SRMwin. No more having to pair sensors! The SRM also came with a Suunto heart rate strap so I've decided to start wearing that. For the past couple of years I've been training solely on wattage data, but I think that it's good to also have HR data. One thing I noticed is how fast my HR plummets when I come to a stop at a traffic light. It's cool to see my heart rate drop down and flutter away in the low 50's within a short time.
