Ahh... Another 11hrs of quality sleep nailed! About 21hrs from now I'll be dealing with this:

Cascade Classic - Stage 1

I've ridden this course before so it's nice to know what the climbs are like. The first one is a long drag near the reservoir, the the final climb up Pilot Butte is a short sharp climb.

Today, David and I went for a ride over the TT course that we'll be racing on this Friday morning.

Looks like a pretty fast course. Hopefully the 56t TT pie plate will work a charm on Friday!

... and hopefully these buggers will not let me down during tomorrow's Prineville road race. They've been flogged repeatedly, and rested sufficiently, and better not have any excuses!
