    Pali Loop PB

Tonight, I decided to take a break from doing intervals and just do a quick Pali loop - Which turned out to be the fastest Pali loop that I've ever done. I got from my apartment near the convention center, along kalakaua, beretania, through downtown and to the top of Pali in 24mins... Normally I get to the same point in about 25-26mins, so 24 is hauling some ass!

    SRM File.

I managed to complete the Pali loop in 1hr 38mins with an average power of 302w, normalized power of 316w, average speed of 23mph, 1775kJ, and a TSS of 137.2.

Good training always has to be followed by good food, and tonight didn't disappoint...
