After letting the red saddle tattoo's from last weekend's riding, tonight was time to slam down to intervals. Last week I knocked out 8 x 1 min intervals, but this week decided to do 2 sets of 4 x 1 min and concentrate on quality vs. tried to do 10 x 1 min and doing them half-assed.
The result:

SRM File. 7 out of 8 intervals >500w. Always fun to be climbing at 1 click under 20mph.
After those I met up with David and we absolutely killed it going up the Pali. Climbing and attacking the shit out of each other at 28mph/140rpm... Yeah, it was on like donkey kong!
