    Cold!!!

Last night I spent the early part of my evening on Tantalus doing a bunch of MTi's. 4 x 12 minutes long seated climbs. Doesn't happen that often in Hawaii but I felt bloody cold last night on Tantalus. The coldness combined with 48 minutes of climbing made for some damn cold descents. Fun workout and it feels like I'm getting stronger.

One highlight of yesterday was getting some new aerobars... Easton Attack TT. At 350g they're about half the weight of other aerobars I've used, plus they're super narrow.
